These Terms of Use govern your use of the Swim Standards CAN app and website. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
Time standards in the app are compiled from publicly published sources and provided for reference and convenience only. They are not official documents. Always confirm qualifying times, eligibility rules, and meet requirements with the relevant governing body before making entry decisions. We are not responsible for decisions made in reliance on the app.
Swim Standards CAN is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Swimming Canada or any provincial or regional swimming organization.
Data you enter is stored on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups using the app's backup feature. See the Privacy Policy.
You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its compiled standards dataset, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
